The Providence Group has opened sales at its new development, Ward’s Crossing, in Johns Creek.
The gated master-planned community offers 128 homesites with townhome and single-family floor plans available. The townhomes come in two- and three-story layouts, while single-family homes are built from designs in Providence’s Carriage collection, the Atlanta homebuilder said in an announcement.
Community amenities include a swim club with a cabana pavilion and pocket parks. A homeowner’s association will provide yard maintenance.
The neighborhood is zoned for State Bridge Crossing Elementary, Autry Mill Middle School and Johns Creek High School, which is next door.
“The neighborhood is in the heart of Johns Creek with easy access to shopping, restaurants, schools and venues like Peachtree Corners just a few minutes away,” said Lisa Murphy, vice president of sales and marketing at The Providence Group. “With the scarcity of land in the sought-after Johns Creek area, Ward’s Crossing is likely to be one of the last premier new neighborhoods to be built in the area.”
The Providence Group noted that the initial phase of Johns Creek’s new Town Center Vision and Plan, The Medley, is currently under construction at the corner of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road. The Medley is expected to “dramatically impact housing values” in nearby areas, much like Avalon boosted values in Alpharetta, the developer said.
