Indiana-based Thompson Thrift is entering the Peach State with the planned development of The Pullman, a 276-unit class A multifamily community in Union City.
Construction is set to begin in December, with move-ins slated for the spring of 2025. The garden-apartment community will be situated on 15 acres near Highway 92 and South Fulton Parkway.
Apartments will come in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts with detached garages. Interiors will come with stainless-steel appliances, tile backsplashes, kitchen pantries, hardwood-style flooring, patio and balcony options, washers and dryers and Alexa-compatible smart home technology.
The Pullman will also offer Signature Collection units with upgraded options like premium appliances, dry bars, deluxe closet systems with shelving, walk-in showers, smart thermostats and premium lighting.
Community amenities will include a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, seating area with gas firepits, pickleball court, 24-hour social hub, private focus suites, dog park and pet spa and billiards.
“The Pullman site is strategically located in a strong demographic pocket where the average household income exceeds $100,000, and the annual population growth has outpaced the national average over the last 10 years,” said Josh Purvis, managing partner for Thompson Thrift Residential, in a press release. “New developments have not kept pace with demand, and we believe that The Pullman not only will provide an excellent living experience for our residents, but it also represents an attractive investment opportunity for our partners.”
