Loudermilk Homes and United Development have partnered on Blue Heron Walk, a new 11-home pocket neighborhood in Buckhead that will begin construction next year.
The cul-de-sac community, which is on Emma Lane off Wieuca Road and Lakemoore Drive, is near the 30-acre Blue Heron Nature Preserve. It will offer lots measuring a half-acre or more that are suited for homes as large as 5,500 square feet, plus unfinished basements. Prices will begin in the low-$3 million range.
Designed by Loudermilk Homes and its sister company, Loudermilk Designs, homes offer Tudor-inspired architecture, including pitched rooflines, sloping curves and two-story window-clad staircases. Residences will have five bedrooms, six bathrooms and three-car garages.
“Blue Heron Walk is a gem of privacy and tranquility in the heart of Buckhead, and we are thrilled to bring our custom craftsmanship and disciplined process to this new pocket neighborhood of just 11 luxury homes,” Loudermilk Homes Founder and President Sherwin Loudermilk said in a release.
Cathy LaMon of the LaMon Team of Keller Williams Buckhead is leading sales for the properties.
