Fischer Homes will open sales at the 76-homesite Sage Woods single-family home community in Dallas on March 16.  

Homes will be priced from the $340,000s to the $450,000s. Grand Communities LLC is developing the $30 million, 22-acre Paulding County project for Fischer. 

Homes will be built with floorplans from Fischer’s Maple Street Collection and offer 1,600 to almost 3,000 square feet with two to six bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half baths. Features include open-plan designs, multi-purpose lofts and large owner suites.  

The community is zoned for Paulding County High School, Herschel Jones Middle School and Dallas Elementary School.
