Kolter Homes has opened sales at its Cresswind at Spring Haven active-adult community in Newnan.
At full build-out, the community will have 700 two- to five-bedroom homes spanning 1,500 to over 4,000 square feet and priced from the mid-$300,000s to the $800,000s. Eleven model homes are now open in the master-planned development, which broke ground in 2022. Over half of the homes in the first phase have been sold.
Community amenities will include Club Cresswind, a resident-only clubhouse slated to open next year with event spaces, a lounge area, social and game room, SmartFIT Training Center, cardio studio and arts and crafts room. A full-time lifestyle director will also be available, as well as pickleball and tennis courts, a resort-style pool with sundeck and sun shelves, two lakes and an event lawn.
“Seeing the enthusiasm with which homebuyers have embraced Cresswind at Spring Haven is truly gratifying, and we appreciate the confidence the founding residents have put into the community,” Community Director Andrew Hitch said in a release. “This is our fourth Cresswind community in the Atlanta area, and we look forward to welcoming more future neighbors home as word spreads about Spring Haven and all it offers.”
