Traton Homes recently opened the model home at its Bluffs at Bells Ferry development in Marietta. 

The community, which is located at 1326 Bells Ferry Road, will have 53 townhomes upon full build-out. The two-story homes will have three or four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garages. Priced from the low $400,000s, the residences will have kitchens with large islands, open-concept main levels, owner’s suites with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets and flexible loft spaces, Traton said. 

The model home, constructed from the builder’s Brooks plan, has three-bedrooms and spans 1,805 square feet.  

Community amenities include an outdoor fitness area and firepit. Lawn care and common-area maintenance will be handled by a homeowners association.
