The Providence Group has opened a model home at Phase 2 of its Grant Place condominium community on the BeltLine in Grant Park.

Phase 2 will have 72 units: 24 have been sold or are under contract, 22 are for sale, and the rest are under development. The project’s first phase, known as Pratt Stacks, was developed in 2018.

The model is a roughly 1,500-square-foot, one-level condominium with two bedrooms and two baths and was designed “to be an entertainer’s dream,” Providence said in an announcement.

The community is located at 375 Grant Circle SE, across from the Beacon Atlanta. Courtesy of Grant Place.

“I wanted to showcase both the space itself and potential uses and design opportunities within it,” said Terance Manly, director of design. “We designed the home with white and grey color throughout and pops of all shades of blues to help marry all the colors together. We also utilized wallpaper in both bedrooms, full tile backsplashes and black and gold lighting throughout the home. Even the furniture utilized throughout the home is unique.”

Common areas include a pavilion with bar area and seating and two fire pits. Landscaping will be provided by a homeowner’s association.

The community is located at 375 Grant Circle SE, across from the Beacon Atlanta, a former industrial site redeveloped into a 110,000-square-foot entertainment and business district.
