Thompson Thrift plans to develop The Levi, a 212-unit class-A apartment project in the 158-acre Bridges at Jodeco master-planned community in Stockbridge.

Located at 2245 Jodeco Road, the Henry County development will occupy almost 15 acres. Apartments will come in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and average 1,100 square feet.

Units will offer stainless-steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, walk-in showers, smart-home capabilities, full-sized washers and dryers and detached garages. Some upgraded apartments will also feature premium cabinetry with soft-close doors, full-height backsplashes, deluxe closet systems with shelving and attached garages.

Community amenities will include a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, firepits, pickleball court, dog park, pet spa and Starbucks coffee bar. Outdoor seating areas, grills and remote-work suites will also be available.

The Levi is Thompson Thrift’s third Georgia community. Equity will be provided by Thompson Thrift 2024 Multifamily Development LP.

“With its central location along the I-75 corridor, Henry County serves as a major conduit between Atlanta, Savannah and Florida and has seen tremendous population growth in recent years,” Thompson Thrift Managing Partner Josh Purvis said in a press release. “Despite a competitive landscape with significant barriers to entry, our team’s deep experience and unwavering commitment to quality enabled us to secure a prime location in this highly sought-after area.”
