Sales have begun at Findley Row, a new, 18-condominium community in Alpharetta’s Northwinds Summit mixed-use development. Engel & Völkers Atlanta will lead sales and marketing.

The project by Atlanta builder Monte Hewett includes a mix of single-level flats with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and two-story residences with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Homes range from 1,289 to 1,468 square feet and are priced from the high $600,000s.

Units feature open-concept layouts, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, balconies with double French doors and private garages and entrances.

“Recognized for their thoughtful community placement, intricate design, thorough detailing and unmatched craftsmanship, Monte Hewett’s developments are widely acclaimed,” Engel & Völkers Atlanta Founder and CEO Christa Huffstickler said in a press release. “We are thrilled to partner with Monte Hewett on bringing his newest product offering to market in a community that so perfectly embraces the essence of Findley Row.”
