Artisan Built Communities opened a sales center for its new master-planned community, Salacoa, which is under development in Calhoun.  

Properties are priced from the low $300,000s. The community’s first phase, Rosewood at Salacoa, has 112 homesites and will be the first to offer the homebuilder’s new Horizons home plans. Overall, the four available plans in the Rosewood phase range from 1,234 to 1,763 square feet and have three or four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. 

Community amenities include a water park with slides and a splash fountains, a swimming pool and sun deck. There will also be a lake, walking trails and greenspaces.
