Leasing is scheduled to begin next month at The Upton, a new apartment community rising on the Beltline’s Southside Trail. 

Located at 430 Englewood Ave. in Chosewood Park, the META Real Estate Partners development is just south of The Beacon retail and entertainment district and east of Boulevard Crossing Park, which is undergoing a 20-acre expansion. 

Community amenities will include a fitness concierge, artist-in-residency program, edible garden and resort-style pool. Completion is expected in April 2025. 

Fortune Johnson is serving as the general contractor, BC Studios is the landscape architect, Kimley Horn is the civil engineer and Dynamik Design is the architect and interior designer. Gallery Residential will manage the property.
