Pulte Homes‘ new Flowery Branch community, Hunters Creek, will begin selling single-family homes next month.

Located on Union Church Road, the 124-homesite project will offer four, two-story home designs. Two model homes with Pulte’s Continental and Newberry floor plans are currently under construction. The homebuilder’s Stonebrook and Leyton floor plans will also be available.

With starting prices in the high $400,000s, homes will offer 2,573 to 3,103 square feet of living space with three to seven bedrooms and two and a half to six bathrooms. Amenities will include a pool and cabana. Hunters Creek will be served by Martin Elementary School, CW Davis Middle School and Flowery Branch High School.

“Given its proximity to I-985, Lake Lanier and Flowery Branch’s charming historic downtown district, we are confident that Hunters Creek will receive a warm reception from Hall County homebuyers,” said Chad Plunkett, Georgia Division President for PulteGroup. “Beyond the fact that it’s located in highly sought-after south Hall County, this community will feel like an oasis, set on 50 scenic acres with two creeks winding through the neighborhood and a beautiful collection of homes that boast sizeable lots and wooded back yards.”
