Engel & Völkers Atlanta Founder and CEO Christa Huffstickler was ranked the No. 1 individual agent for sales nationwide by the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, which just released its fourth-annual Top Producers List.
Huffstickler led all individual Alliance members with 116 transaction sides and $89.9 million in sales volume in 2023.
Honorees on this year’s list represented a total of $5.95 billion in sales volume and 10,776 transaction sides in 2023. The collective group, which included 314 individual agents and teams, would have ranked as the 29th and 36th U.S. brokerages in volume and transaction sides, respectively, on the 2024 RealTrends Verified Top 500 list.
Other Atlanta-area individuals ranking in the top 25 of the sides list include Susan Kliesen of RE/MAX Center in Duluth, who tied for 13th place with 45 sides, and Justin Ziegler of Coldwell Banker Realty in Decatur, who ranked 22nd with 40.75 sides.
Huffstickler was the only Atlanta-area agent on the top 25 list for individual sales volume.
For team sides, the Tim Hur and Helen Nguyen Team at Point Honors and Associates in Duluth ranked 12th with 143 transactions, and The Zac Team at RE/MAX Metro Atlanta Cityside ranked 18th with 95 sides.
No Atlanta teams were ranked in the top 25 for sales volume.
“While the numbers that our members generate on our yearly top producers list are certainly cause for excitement, they only represent half the story of the impact that the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has on the real estate industry,” Alliance President Anita Legacy Blue said in a press release. “Not only does it show that LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals are powerful forces in the real estate industry, but confirms that those in our community, when afforded the opportunity, can and will excel.”
