David Weekley Homes released the first 17 of 70 home sites at its new 55-plus community in Woodstock, Maple Grove at Towne Lake, for sale.
A model home designed by Kathy Andrews Interiors demonstrates the Cartwright floorplan, one of seven singles-story plans available. Located at 202 Strawberry Lane, the model features 11-foot ceilings, an open-concept layout and an optional extended bathroom with an expanded walk-in shower.
All homes come with three bedrooms and two full baths but can have two more bedrooms and two bathrooms added via finished basements and second levels. These expanded options also include upstairs bonus rooms and basement game rooms.
Community amenities include two pickleball courts, a pool with lounge deck, community garden, walking trail and clubhouse with fitness room. Front-lawn maintenance and a dedicated lifestyle director to schedule activities are also included.
