The 219-apartment Aqua Sandy Springs community in Sandy Springs was recently sold for $36.7 million. 

Global Real Estate Advisors’ Chandler Brown, Cory Caroline Sams and Taylor Brown represented the seller, 29SC RN Property Owner LLC, which sold the property to New York-based Sandy Springs Residences II LLC. The new owner plans to continue implementing ongoing interior renovations. 

Located at 100 Greyfield Lane, Aqua Sandy Springs is class-A multifamily asset with 159 units built in 2000 and 60 condo-quality units built in 1985. The community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with 70% built as two bedrooms.
