Jessica Weston, formerly a senior vice president and managing broker for Harry Norman, REALTORS®, has joined COMPASS Georgia as a sales manager for North Atlanta. 

Before joining Harry Norman in 2014, Weston worked as a corporate marketing director at Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, which later became Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors.  

She began her real estate career on the marketing and advertising side during the condo boom of the early 2000s, working for an Atlanta advertising agency to develop strategic campaigns for new construction and condo-conversion projects across the South.  

Welton chose to join COMPASS because of its “forward-thinking strategies and innovative leadership that empower agents to reach their full potential,” the brokerage said in an announcement, adding that its “inclusive environment aligns with Jessica’s dedication to supporting and empowering other agents to achieve their full potential.”
