The year began with a continuation of the robust demand for housing in Metro Atlanta, driven by strong economic growth and a desirable quality of life. However, limited inventory and rising interest rates posed challenges, affecting affordability and buyer enthusiasm. The association’s members, seasoned real estate professionals, played a crucial role in guiding clients through these market fluctuations, offering expert advice and strategic solutions.

Community impact and advocacy

Beyond the realm of real estate transactions, the Atlanta REALTORS® Association remained steadfast in its dedication to community service and advocacy. The organization’s initiatives included:

· Community partnerships: The Association forged strong partnerships with local organizations to address housing affordability and other critical issues.

· Educational opportunities: A range of educational programs and webinars were offered to members, equipping them with the latest knowledge and skills to excel in their profession.

· Charitable giving: Significant donations were made to support various charitable efforts. That includes Hosea Helps and $60,000 in hurricane disaster relief efforts. The Atlanta REALTORS® Impact Foundation also supported members in need and scholarships for REALTOR® family members.
