My Home Communities launches development of Good Hope neighborhood

by John Yellig

My Home Communities is developing a new, single-family-home community in Good Hope called Cotton Creek.

The development will have 22 homes on homesites over two acres in size.

“Cotton Creek is our most recent project in Walton County, an expansion on My Home Communities’ goal to provide competitive prices for Atlanta homebuyers,” My Home Communities President Jacob Prather said in a press release. “We’ve had major success with our communities in Monroe, and so, we are excited to offer home shoppers a new place to call home in Good Hope.”

Good Hope offers a variety of outdoor activities and is situated between Monroe and Athens.

Students will attend Harmony Elementary School, Carver Middle School and Monroe Area High School.
