My Home Communities unveiled another new single-family home community, Westlyn, which will bring 29 homes to Winder.

Homes will be priced from the mid-$300,000s to the $400,000s and are eligible for USDA financing, including 100% financing for qualified homebuyers. All homes will have farmhouse exteriors, large home sites and side-entry garages.

Amenities at the community, which is located between Atlanta and Athens in Barrow County, will include a playground, basketball court and greenspace.

“We are pleased to introduce homebuyers to Westlyn in Winder,” My Home Communities President Jacob Prather said in a press release. “Northeast Georgia is developing quickly, and it’s exciting to offer affordable options near bountiful opportunities for education, recreation and professional endeavors.”

Westlyn’s announcement comes on the heels of the launch of Cotton Creek, a 22-home development in Good Hope.
