Peachtree Residential launched sales of quick move-in homes at its new 20-homesite community in north Forsyth County, Hillshire. Prices range from the mid-$700,000s to the $900,000s. 

The homes, which offer 3,000 square feet of living space, come in four floor plans, including traditional and modern farmhouse layouts. Some units have three-car garages, and buyers can opt for covered outdoor living spaces. The community is zoned for Matt Elementary, Liberty Middle and North Forsyth High schools.
