Pulte Homes will soon start building at the Traditions of Braselton, a 1,140-acre master-planned community in Jefferson.
Pulte will offer five two-story floor plans, two of which will offer owner’s suites on the main floors, in a variety of elevations. All plans will have side-load, three-car garages, four to five bedrooms, with one plan offering up to seven bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, with one plan offering up to six bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings and 2,869 to over 3,205 square feet of interior space.
Community amenities include an owner’s clubhouse, pool with waterslide and splash zone, tennis and pickleball complex and walking trails. Traditions is zoned to both Jefferson City Schools and Jackson County Public Schools, including Gum Springs Elementary, West Jackson Middle and Jackson County High.
“While more than half of our builders are custom home builders, we now have two top-notch production builders to our credit,” said community general manager, Bryan Allen. “One is regional and has enjoyed great success in Traditions — that’s Georgia-based Paran Homes. With the addition of Pulte Homes, we now have a national production builder to further enhance our streetscapes. With only 350 home sites remaining, we’re nearing completion of our original vision of a master-planned community unlike any other.”
