Paran Homes recently held a grand opening for a new 71-home phase in the Traditions of Braselton master-planned community in Jefferson.

The Atlanta and Nashville homebuilder has been building at the 1,140-acre community since 2019. This phase will have a mix of affordable and higher-tier single-family homes with a variety of familiar and new floor plans. Prices start in the high $400,000s.

Community amenities include an 18-hole golf course at Traditions Golf and Country Club, an owners’ clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center, junior Olympic-sized pool with splash zone, waterslide and tennis and pickleball courts. The community is zoned for Gum Springs Elementary School, West Jackson Middle School and Jackson County Comprehensive High School.

“Paran Homes is proud of our history and success within Traditions of Braselton,” Pam Babcock, Paran’s vice president of sales and marketing, said in a press release. “We are excited to introduce our eagerly awaited new phase, which features our classic floor plans that our buyers have come to love, as well as our new collection of home designs. These new offerings will include thoughtfully designed homes where every detail is crafted to bring you a quality home at an affordable price.”
