HomeSmart is set to open a new location in Suwanee later this month.
The Arizona-based brokerage has been expanding in the Atlanta market since it acquired PalmerHouse Properties in 2021 and Solid Source Real Estate Companies in 2023. There are now more than 3,200 HomeSmart agents that serve the metro area, and the opening of the Suwanee office will allow further growth, the firm said in an announcement.
“The majority of our agents work in Greater Atlanta,” says HomeSmart’s Georgia Market Leader Derek Varnadoe. “This new office will provide a convenient and accessible hub for our agents in the Northeast Metro area to work and connect.”
HomeSmart’s agent technology allows them to work remotely, but the brokerage also provides offices for in-person work if that’s what they prefer.
“We understand the importance of offering our agents options on how and where they choose to operate their business,” HomeSmart COO Katie Cooper said. “While some agents love the ability to work virtually, we pride ourselves in offering in-person opportunities for connection, education and networking. The Suwanee office further supports that commitment to offering flexible options to our agents.”
