PulteGroup’s Del Webb active-adult unit recently broke ground on Del Webb Southern Oaks, a 950-home community that will cover 450 acres in Newnan.
The 55-plus development will be anchored by an 11-acre recreational lake and feature single-story homes in three floor plans. Amenities will include a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball and tennis courts, community gardens and a dock and kayak launch on the lake. Professional lawn care will be included in resident HOA benefits.
Sales are expected to begin in 2026.
