Wood Partners selected Marc Brambrut as the company’s managing director in Atlanta, citing confidence in Atlanta’s high-demand multifamily market.

In his new role, Brambrut will source, finance and develop multifamily and mixed-use communities throughout Georgia, focusing on the Atlanta metropolitan area.

He formerly held leadership roles at Portman Residential, Fairfield Residential and the Novare Group and has been involved in the development of over 11,000 apartments and condos nationwide, according to a press release.
