Meadow Brook Farms, the latest single-family neighborhood from David Weekley Homes, has opened. The Cumming community offers 82 residences set on tree-lined homesites of up to one acre.

Along with the new community, David Weekley also opened a model home at 7320 Magnolia Crest Lane showcasing the builder’s Tolar floor plan, one of six layouts available in the community.

The nature-focused development features a pool, cabana, playground, multi-purpose field, fishing lake and walking trails. During construction, David Weekley preserved 40% of the lot’s existing trees, according to a press release.

Prices for homes at Meadow Brook Farms begin in the high $600,000s. The neighborhood is zoned to Forsyth County Schools.
