National homebuilder David Weekly Homes plans to begin sales at Meadow Brook Farms, a new single-family home community in Cumming.

The 82 farmhouse-style homes sit on one-acre homesites. Many feature three-car garages. Amenities include a pool and cabana, playground, multi-purpose field and a network of walking trails.

Meadow Brook Farms is zoned to Forsyth County Public Schools and offers proximity to Ducktown Community Park, Lake Lanier, Dawson Forest, Sawnee Mountain Preserve and several golf courses.

David Weekly plans to open sales for the community soon and has begun compiling a VIP interest list for prospective homebuyers.

Meadow Brook farms will join Settingdown Farms, David Weekly’s most recent development in the North Forsyth market.

“Banking on the early success of Settingdown Farms, we’re excited to expand our presence in Forsyth County with Meadow Brook Farms,” said David Weekley Homes Atlanta Division President Adam Cornett in a press release. “Beyond the quality of homes upon which we’ve secured a reputation for nearly 50 years, Meadow Brook Farms already holds a lot of allure.”
