Artisan Built Communities will soon begin construction of a new phase of homes and a model park in the Seven Hills master-planned community this spring.

The new phase, Landin at Seven Hills, will offer 41 homesites. The residences will feature modern-farmhouse exteriors and six single-family floor plans ranging from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet. Some homes will have up to six bedrooms, third-story retreats and basements.

“Seven Hills continues to set the standard for master-planned living in north Georgia,” Artisan Built President Stephen Haines said. “With Landin, we are introducing distinctive home designs in a walkable setting near exciting new amenities. We look forward to welcoming buyers to this next chapter.”

Landin at Seven Hills sits adjacent to the community’s newest amenity complex, which is under construction. The addition will include a swimming pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts and bocce ball. Homeowners will also have access to access Seven Hills’ original amenity complex, which includes a waterpark.
