Artisan Built Communities is launching a new, 23-home phase in the NorthFarm section of its NatureWalk at Seven Hills master-planned community in Paulding County.

The farmhouse-style homes will be priced from the $400,000s, come in four styles and encompass 2,520 to 3,464 square feet apiece with up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Floor plans can include a third floor or a three-car garage, as well as home offices, media rooms and study spaces.

All homes come with Samsung stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and button-operated great room fireplaces. Outdoor fireplaces and covered patios are also available.

Additionally, residents will have access to a 13-acre theme park-style water park, a dog park, green spaces and hiking and biking trails. The community clubhouse has a wellness center and is surrounded by a playground and tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

“This new phase at NorthFarm offers a mixture of slab and basement home sites for buyers searching for a spacious single-family home,” Artisan Built President Stephen Haines said in a blog post. “Our NorthFarm families tell us they love living in a modern home with the most up-to-date designs while still enjoying that classic farmhouse vibe.”
