Trilogy Investment Company promoted Director of Accounting Stephen Corasaniti to controller and vice president. The newly minted executive joined the build-to-rent developer in 2022.
In his new role, Corasaniti will manage Trilogy’s accounting department and oversee the company’s internal and external financial reporting for all development projects and corporate entities. He will also assist the CFO on cash management, provide monthly financial reports to all of Trilogy’s investors and arrange monthly fundings with lending and investment partners.
“Trilogy has seen rapidly changing growth since its inception with the amount of people and projects we are working on,” CEO and Managing Partner Jason Joseph said in a press release. “Stephen’s strong work ethic and can-do attitude has helped us implement two new management systems, one for accounting — Yardi — and a construction management tool, Procore.”
Before Trilogy, Corasaniti worked for Wood Partners and as an auditor for Ernst and Young, where he focused on private real estate clients in the Southeast. He holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia‘s Terry College of Business, a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Shorter University and a CPA license.
