The award is the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s highest honor. 

The Atlanta REALTORS® Association recently celebrated its 2023 Award Winners at its Annual Business Meeting, held at the Cherokee Town Club.

Members of the Atlanta homebuilding community were wined and dined at the 43rd annual OBIE Awards Gala at the Georgia Aquarium on Oct. 23.   

Honorees all generated at least $4 million in sales volume on an individual basis or $8 million on a team basis. 

Jim Chapman, founder of the Jim Chapman Construction Group, has served as a local and state president of the association and held several positions at the National Association of Home Builders. 

Gary, who recently moved to Ansley Christie’s International Real Estate from Engel & Völkers, was No. 1 for individual sales volume and transaction sides for the third year in a row. 

The list recognizes the top 0.065% of more than 1.6 million licensed Realtors across the country based on 2022 data. 

The honorees are Kaley Butcher, managing broker of the Harry Norman Peachtree City office, and Melissa Pou, a Peachtree City agent.

The local franchise received the Commercial Elite Award from Coldwell Banker Commercial at the company’s annual conference in Chicago.
