43rd annual OBIE Awards honor Atlanta homebuilding community

The results are in. Members of the Atlanta homebuilding community were wined and dined at the 43rd annual OBIE Awards Gala at the Georgia Aquarium on Oct. 23.   

The awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association cover all aspects of the building process, from best master-planned community to best online ad. To see the complete list, click here.  

The winners of the 2023 Communities of the Year include Vision Homecrafters, which won best attached-home community for Old Town Lilburn.

Meritage Homes, meanwhile, took top prize in the detached community category for Sweetwater Green in Canton.

The Providence Group won the mixed-use category for Millcroft in Buford.

The JW Collection’s South on Main in Woodstock won for best master-planned community.

Finally, Kolter Homes won the 55-plus housing category for Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes in Hoschton.
