The project, Eastwood, will bring 103 units to the revitalized Memorial Drive corridor. 

Hunters Creek will offer 124 homesites with two-story, single-family homes priced from the high-$400,000s. 

The Cottages at Villa Rica will bring 192 rental townhomes to market. 

The Providence Group is developing the project, Park Walke, in two phases. 

META Real Estate Partners is developing the new community at 430 Englewood Ave. 

Highlands at Vinings offers 31 four-story townhouses with private elevators. 

The Lawrenceville build-to-rent community will bring 114 stacked townhomes to market. 

With 130 homesites, Old Mill Preserve is set on the 50-acre site of a former family farm in unincorporated Paulding County. 

Cherokee Township will have 64 townhomes when completed. 

July’s seasonally adjusted annual rate of 739,000 represented a 10.6% jump from June’s upwardly revised rate of 668,000.
