The Providence Group has opened sales at Park Walke, a new community near downtown Alpharetta. 

Located at the intersection of Thompson Street and Haynes Bridge Road, Park Walke is within walking distance to the Alpha Loop and Avalon and is being developed in two phases.  

The first phase comprises 19 single-family homes in two, three-story floor plans ranging from 2,892 to 3,221 square feet. All homes will have open-concept living and entertainment spaces, three to four bedrooms, three to four full baths and one to two half baths. Other features include recreation rooms or bedrooms on the terrace level, optional elevators and large side courtyards. 

Phase two of the development will have 34 elevated townhomes from The Providence Group’s Brownstone and Signature collections and is expected to open in spring 2025.
