The Providence Group is set to begin work on Park Walke, a 19-home enclave near downtown Alpharetta. 

Located at the intersection of Thompson Street and Haynes Bridge Road, the community will offer single-family homes with three-story floorplans ranging from 2,972 to 3,112 square feet.  

All homes will have open-concept living and entertainment spaces, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Other features will include terrace-level recreation rooms, a dedicated main-level study space, side courtyards and optional in-home elevators.
