Founded in Ohio, Epcon entered Atlanta in 2022 and currently has three communities open for sales with a fourth opening soon.
“Entering a new market is a process, and there were years of hiring, finding and developing land, marketing, selling and obviously building to get to this point,” said Ted Turner, regional president for Epcon Communities in Atlanta. “With communities in three counties on the north side of Atlanta — and a fourth community opening soon — we are excited to be building a presence in the area.”
The Courtyards at Redbud Lane offers four home designs ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. Starting from the upper $400,000s, the community will have 78 home sites. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, dog park and pickleball courts.
