Epcon Communities has opened sales at the first phase of its newest community, The Courtyards at Redbud Lane in Holly Springs.

The Courtyards has 78 home sites and offers four ranch home designs ranging from 1,520 square feet to 4,055 square feet. Floor plans have two to three bedrooms, two to 3.5 bathrooms and two- to three-car garages, as well as optional bonus suites. Prices start at $460,900.

Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, dog park and pickleball courts.

“We are excited to expand in Cherokee County with 78 new home sites in The Courtyards at Redbud Lane,” said Ted Turner, regional president for Epcon Communities in Atlanta. “Epcon’s communities offer residents the lock-and-leave lifestyle they are looking for in convenient locations with excellent floor plans and amenities, and The Courtyards at Redbud Lane brings that convenience to Holly Springs.”

In September, Epcon announced sales were beginning at two other communities, The Courtyards of Franklin Goldmine in Cumming and The Courtyards at Bailey Farms in Dacula. The Courtyards at Bailey Farm, located in North Gwinnett County, is 55-plus and will offer 128 homes, while Franklin Goldmine in Forsyth County will offer 27 homes.
