A specialist in REO and investor/corporate sales, Kurzner relies on his entrepreneurial skills to recognize and further leverage industry trends and changes to his advantage, something he learned while attending Clemson University and later earning his Masters in Business Administration from Cornell University.
Kurzner’s team, while incredibly well-versed in the various nuances that make up the market, has most recently focused its efforts on bulk build-to-rent communities; working with hedge funds; growing property management; and marketing to builders to represent new build communities. And as one of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s longstanding high-volume brokers, Kurzner and his agents have no reason to slow down.
“A lot of this business is learning from others, but it also takes old-fashioned hard work,” says Kurzner, a graduate of the Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist. “I’ve taken classes, hired business coaches and still continue to attend trainings and conferences.
