Atlanta native and top-producing agent, Jodi Halpert, keeps her finger on the pulse of the city’s north metro neighborhoods. After growing up in Sandy Springs, the real estate veteran prides herself in her knowledge and understanding of ways Atlanta communities have grown and changed.
“I’ve worked with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and over a wide range of price points, and I offer each one an in-depth understanding of local communities, amenities and conveniences to find the perfect match for their lifestyle,” says Halpert, now a resident of Dunwoody with her husband and three children. “For my clients, it’s more than just buying or selling; it’s the consulting aspect that makes them comfortable with their decisions. I listen to my clients’ objectives and suggest the best options for them and their unique situation, bringing my experience to the table.”
Halpert’s professional experience is bolstered by advanced degrees in marketing and graphic design, specifically in the areas of branding, design, technology and staging – all of which have become an integral part of her marketing strategies. With the advantage of her unique education, Halpert is a consistent top producer with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, and before that Prudential Georgia Realty. Her annual sales volume time and time again places her in the top 1-2 percent of agent’s across the country. In 2013 she was in the Top 20 for the Atlanta Board of Realtors, which has over 5000 members. She is a Luxury Collection Agent, Certified Skilled Negotiator, Relocation Specialist and has many other certifications due to her commitment to her clients and her continuing education.
“My goal is to become a ‘Realtor for life,’ for each of my clients”, says Halpert. “I am fortunate to have developed relationships with many clients who return to me for subsequent purchase and sale transactions. Many are very comfortable contacting me in between transactions to ask for my guidance or advice.” I love watching my clients’ excitement and joy as they move into their new home or neighborhood. It’s truly satisfying to know how content they are with their purchase and decision-making, and how much they and their families prosper and grow in their new homes”.
As part of her client commitment, Halpert makes it a point to always be available to her clients in a time of need – something she learned from her mentors and now frequently passes along to younger agents. “I like to give others the benefit of what I have learned, so that they can grow their own practices and prosper in the business of real estate”, she says. “It’s important that I return the favor and help escalate the careers of office newcomers.”
