Bonneau Ansley III powers through life’s challenges until he succeeds, regardless of how long it takes or how much effort it requires. Twenty-two years ago, Ansley harnessed that determination to earn his real estate license – and now he’s the founder of Ansley Atlanta Real Estate, a company comprised of 100 Realtors who specialize in the metro Atlanta area as well as the surrounding areas all the way to the North Georgia mountains, Lake Oconee and Sea Island.
As a working Realtor, Ansley focuses on luxury properties in Buckhead, Midtown and the nearby neighborhoods, assisting buyers, sellers and developers in making the right real estate decisions for their needs.
In October 2017, Ansley co-listed a Sea Island property and sold it for $9.1 million, paving the way for another year of over $125 million in closed sales. In 2015 and 2016, Ansley’s team was named the top team by Wall Street Journal REAL Trends, and Ansley himself has earned numerous sales awards including recognition from the Atlanta Board of Realtors as the No. 1 individual agent citywide.
Constantly seeking to grow and improve his business, Ansley is equally invested in helping his fellow agents in growing theirs. “Seeing those around me continue to achieve growth in both their personal and business lives is a true marker of success for me,” he says, adding that this year, his entire company moved from their first office to a larger space in The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, affording them the ability to better serve their agents and clients as well as accommodate additional agents. This allows them the opportunity to provide an even more personalized approach to every client experience.
“Happy clients are the best endorsement of our value and offer an added value of credible advertising, and my team strives to provide the best customer service from the first meeting to the closing date and well beyond,” he says.
Ansley’s commitment to supporting his local community extends beyond real estate sales. Ansley Atlanta Real Estate contributes a portion of each closing to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. “As a father myself, I appreciate the work of the doctors, nurses and staff at CHOA, and am incredibly proud to be a supporter,” he says.
Ansley is a member of multiple clubs and organizations including the Peachtree Battle Alliance. As a husband and father of two, Ansley loves traveling with his family and takes great pride in his children.
