Nikki Nimey’s primary goal with each client is to be the kind of Realtor they need her to be. Whether that means embodying the role of teacher and guide for first-time homebuyers, or offering helpful insight to more experienced sellers, Nimey provides personalized service to her clients regardless of their budget and experience level. “My goal is for clients to completely trust me and never be afraid to ask questions,” she says. “I always focus on their best interests.”
As co-owner of Paramount Brokers, Inc. and a Realtor for the Metro Atlanta-based company, Nikki is leading the marketing of a new subdivision along with handling the brokerage’s overall management responsibilities. Harnessing her 15 years of experience in the industry, her commitment to continuing education and her various certifications (REOS, SFR, ABR), Nimey consistently exceeds her clients’ expectations, often resulting in referrals. “The best words I can hear are ‘We love our home,’ and ‘Thank you so much for getting our home sold so fast,’ ” she says.
During the past year, Nimey was able to get her sister, a first-time homebuyer, qualified with the ability to purchase a fixer-upper including a top-of-the-line home warranty that allowed her to make repairs and turn the house into her dream home. “Her boys were able to stay in the same schools, she was close to her job and the home is in a very up-and-coming neighborhood,” Nimey says. “Nearly every week my sister calls me to tell me what else she was able to get done, and what else the warranty repaired or replaced. I honestly couldn’t be happier!”
Nimey is a member of the National Association of Realtors and an active volunteer with MUST Ministries. She also volunteers at her daughter’s school, Whitefield Academy.
