With 22 years of experience, Jana Seneker Hufham is a skilled professional and a top Realtor among her peers. Working with Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter, she has helped clients throughout the City from Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Cumming, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven to Peachtree Corners, Suwanee, Buford and Hoschton.
This year, Hufham finished renovating her own home, a process that served as a learning experience itself. “It was a reminder of what my clients go through when buying and selling,” she explains.
An Atlanta native, Hufham is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and has been named a Top Agent by Atlanta magazine. She is also a member of the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council and is an Accredited Buyer’s Agent. In addition to real estate, Hufham also holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations, and she brings her skills in communication, marketing and promotion to the table for her clients.
“I love real estate and everything about it,” she says. “I’ve been fortunate enough to work with buyers to help them find homes that fit their family’s specific needs and with sellers to get their homes ready for the market. I have also worked with developers and builders on land mergers and sales for new construction.” After another busy year in 2017, Hufham brought on two new business associates to add an additional layer of expertise to her team.
Hufham has made taking care of her clients and staying current on industry trends a priority throughout her career. Whether it’s taking classes on law and procedure, reading about new design elements or attending home shows to learn about modern building materials, finishes, and products, she knows the value of lifelong learning for herself and her business. “It’s great information to bring to my clients,” she says, noting that many buyers and sellers come to her through word-of-mouth and repeat business.
Being selected to assist clients with their single biggest investment is a job Hufham takes seriously. “The foundation of my business is built upon experience, integrity and getting results for my clients,” she says. “It is more than just a move, it’s a home, it’s an investment and it’s their memories.”
When Hufham is not hard at work, she treasures the time spent with her children and husband, Russell. Hufham and her family enjoy being involved with the local community including Perimeter Church and Northpoint Community Church. “Being able to serve people in a time of need fills my heart and spirit, so when the opportunity presents itself, I do my best to step up and help any way possible.”
