As an Atlanta Native, exploring all that Atlanta and its surrounding areas have to offer was an integral part of Trish Myrick’s coming of age. Before entering real estate by happenstance, she held two essential roles in education and with a state government agency that helped hone the skills she would need to transition into the industry. “Both positions taught me different perspectives and systems … however, I am an educator at heart and being able to educate my clients and others about real estate systematically was a very natural transition for me,” Myrick says.
For the past 14 years, Myrick has worked to provide a first-class experience to a wide range of Atlanta clientele. She explains her “secret sauce” as a combination of the grit and experience she gained by becoming licensed during a recession, and her relatability. Every client interaction begins with a consultation to assess goals and strategize. Myrick’s business posture is simultaneously process-driven and philosophical, as she aims to create solution-based wins for clients while rallying her team to lean into a mindset of service and opportunity.
Acknowledging her team as her biggest professional accomplishment, Myrick states, “Now, with my team, we can reach everyone who wants to work with us.” Her time as a solo professional and as a team leader have proven successful, as she earned the Top Producer award from the Atlanta Association of Realtors in both 2020 and 2021. With Keller Williams Buckhead, she was the Silver Award recipient in 2021, ranked 10th for Individual Closed Units in 2020, and was the Bronze Award recipient in 2019.
Myrick enjoys travel and spending quality time with loved ones. A real estate podcast host and member of her local and national Realtor associations, the personal accomplishment she is most proud of is her recent return to school to earn her undergraduate degree in religion.
