Patricia Watson, Broker Associate

Keller Williams Realty

A broker associate at Keller Williams Realty, Patricia Watson has been servicing the entire Atlanta metropolitan area for 20 years. Watson is prepared to work with any client, from those seeking relocation, luxury or investment properties, to first-time homebuyers and veterans. While she works with an array of buyers and sellers, she specializes in single-family homes, condos and land.

Known for going above and beyond for her clients, Watson guarantees her clients’ listing photos look immaculate. Often, she does light staging and cleaning for homes that are in need, ensuring the home is shown in the best light. “I will do whatever it takes to exceed the expectations of my clients,” says Watson.

Her completion of doctoral coursework in behavioral health has contributed to the understanding of her clients’ needs, a skillset that has been instrumental in her success as a Realtor. “I am client solution-based so when challenges arise, I use my quick analytical skills to come to a resolution that will best benefit my clients,” she says. “I am a relationship mogul and will connect with you far beyond the real estate transaction.”

Equal parts business and fun, Watson leads a full-service team at Keller Williams Realty, where she guides buyers and sellers through the transaction with ease. Watson hopes to soon add a full-time buyer’s agent to the team so she can focus on what really matters: building client relationships.

Now a lifetime member of the Atlanta Realtors Association, Watson has won prestigious awards consecutively over the past five years, ranking in the top 5% of producing agents each year. Her status as a seasoned agent has also afforded her the ability to mentor agents across the country, sharing practices on how to increase productivity.

A master of work-life balance, Watson can be found traveling, organizing volunteer events and spending time with family when she is not catering to the needs of her clients.
