Allyson Harris, Realtor

PalmerHouse Properties

Catering to her clients’ needs and delivering on her promises, Allyson Harris gets the job done no matter what it takes. “I’ve had to help a client move, cover the cost of a repair, get grass cut and homes cleaned,” says Harris, a Realtor with PalmerHouse Properties. Working with clients ranging from first-time buyers to sellers in the luxury market, Harris, herself a Gwinnett resident since 2007, serves the metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia markets.

After just one full year as an agent, Harris earned the Diamond Award from PalmerHouse Properties and secured her place in the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS’ Million Dollar Club. This year, she continues to be a top producer in her brokerage, closing five listings in a single transaction and surpassing her previous year’s production after just six months. “Because I’m a newer agent, I’m trying to prove myself to myself and focus on continuous improvement,” she explains. “I’m not resting on my laurels or my past experiences.” In 2022, she also earned the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from The Institute for Luxury Marketing.

For over two decades, Harris made a name for herself in HR, lending her talents to corporations ranging from The Coca-Cola Company to Starwood Hotels and Resorts. “My career background has shown itself in how I approach my business — I ensure that I’m thoroughly educating my clients on the process, because I don’t want them to make the same mistakes I did,” she says, noting how she harnesses social media to provide additional resources for her clients. “I never want a client to say that they didn’t know something because I didn’t tell them.”

Harris contributes to the youth development program Create Your Dreams and is currently working on launching a charitable arm of her business. When she’s not tending to her clients, she enjoys traveling, reading, dancing, seeing live music and eating great food.
