Yolanda Jeffries, Associate Broker

Coldwell Banker Realty

Yolanda Jeffries originally entered real estate by default. Her only goal was to sell one home, her own, and she felt nobody else could do it. Jeffries, associate broker and team leader for the Yolanda Jeffries Team at Coldwell Banker Realty, never thought she’d fall in love with the industry. “For some reason, no agent was able to sell my home,” she explains. “So, me being the boss lady I am, I took matters into my own hands. Before I knew it, I had developed a strong passion for real estate and have been ‘chasing deals in heels’ ever since.”

Currently, Jeffries floats in between Buckhead, Georgia and Chicago. As an associate broker in Atlanta, Jeffries’ focus is to help Atlanta residents build wealth using real estate. Whether clients are looking to start an Airbnb opportunity, buy their first home, sell their property or purchase an investment property, “Yolanda J” has your back, she says. “Buckhead-Atlanta is the epitome of luxury for real estate, and now I can better service my clients as the center of attraction for all of their real estate needs,” she says.

Jeffries, who has a finance degree, is an analytical, numbers-focused person. This background has come in handy for her and is what she says helped her win the Top Producer of 2020-21 award from the Chicago Association of Realtors and the 2021 International President’s Circle award from Coldwell Banker. She has also appeared on the cover of the Chicago Agent Magazine. She garners most of her business through social media referrals and past clients. She’s an active member with the DeKalb Association of Realtors and the Atlanta Realtors Association.

Above all else, Jeffries’ ability to connect and establish relationships with her clients, paired with her negotiating skills, are what bring her clients success and make her a top-producing Realtor. “I want my clients to know they are working with a trusted professional who will get the deal done for them,” she says.
