Lilibeth Moron, Real Estate Agent

PalmerHouse Properties

A transplant to U.S. real estate, Lilibeth Moron spent 24 years mastering the Venezuelan market before arriving here almost seven years ago. “I only needed to perfect my language and learn the procedures necessary for a successful closing,” Moron remembers. A business major, she did just that, following her calling with dedication and prowess, and trusting the path to success.

Assisting primarily residential clients in the Atlanta metropolitan area, throughout Georgia and beyond, she and her team of five have a reputation for leading with service and professionalism. Their process-driven style is at the forefront of their client experience. “Sellers and buyers … always mention that they enjoy the follow-up I do throughout the entire sales and buys process,” she notes. Her quality client care is one of many reasons for which she comes highly recommended by previous clientele.

A seasoned agent, Moron has earned much industry recognition. She has been named a Top Producer with her firm from 2017 through the present, and has made it into their Million Dollar Club for the past three years. She also received accolades from her company’s preferred attorney for her strategic skills in closing a large volume of properties. In addition, Moron holds numerous professional memberships and affiliations, including with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as a board seat at her local Realtor association.

Moron is most proud of seeing her two daughters recently graduate. She is actively involved in foundations that support her native country of Venezuela and recently formed her own family foundation, Pennies for Many Fundación Inc., as well as the #lologreconlilibeth marketing campaign – rooted in personal growth and possibility. She enjoys cooking, oil painting and spending quality time at home with her loved ones. She especially loves time with her two daughters and husband, who are her engines of life.
