After graduating from the University of Georgia with a double major in marketing and management, Lindsay Levin earned her J.D. and M.B.A from Georgia State University and thereafter practiced commercial real estate law, negotiating retail leases and office acquisitions. She realized the impact she could make as a Realtor while searching for her personal home.
“Every time I would look at homes, I would think, ‘I can market this home so much better by reinventing the tired, dated marketing used by other agents,’” Levin says. Ten years ago, she transitioned into selling residential real estate and has never looked back. Her business is almost entirely based on referrals and her clients appreciate her strategic negotiating skills, creative marketing and candor — never advising a client to buy a home she wouldn’t buy herself.
While Levin is always willing to get her hands dirty editing, staging and prepping homes, behind the scenes she’s creating marketing strategies tailored to the features and benefits of each unique home. Her ability to capture the lifestyle of a home in print and social media sets her apart. Her sales success resulted in consistently being recognized in the top half of 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Realtors worldwide. Newsweek Magazine ranked her the 18th best Realtor in Georgia in 2019.
Levin attributes her success to her devotion to her family: “My desire to maximize time with my family forces me to manage my time in a way that prioritizes activities most important to my clients, is process oriented and focused on providing a real estate ecosystem to my clients to ensure that I am their Forever Agent.”
