Born and raised in Georgia, Fair knows the markets in these counties like the back of her hand. 

Having been in the real estate business for 14 years, Fair has established a client base that typically purchases single-family homes, investment properties and luxury homes. Fair has an investment mindset, as her favorite transactions are with clients desiring a fixer-upper to flip. Not only does she have a mind for investments, Fair tailors her business to other investors and builders by doing continuous, daily market research and completing appraisal courses so she can price properties accurately. 

As a licensed agent at the age of 19, Fair worked as a model and receptionist while growing her business. Fair notes her love for the field, as real estate is a passion of hers, not just a job.
