A boutique team of Realtors, designers and house flippers, the Purpose Driven Real Estate Group approaches real estate differently than most. Leveraging their vast skill set, they go above and beyond by strategically analyzing houses through a design, condition and market analysis when advising their clients on the potential upside (and pitfalls) of buying and selling.
“We approach each client’s situation and each home on a case-by-case basis and offer customized recommendations.” While this collective of industry and community leaders champion their clients’ interests like mama bears overlooking their cubs, they do so while maintaining a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
The team is led by Amy Pedersen. After a successful career as a marketing consultant for the Coca-Cola Company and Cox, Pedersen pivoted from the corporate world to follow her passion for real estate. Now both agents and investors, she and her husband, Jon, a veteran in the telecom industry, began their real estate journey in 2012.
The team’s days on the market stats are some of the best in the business and negotiating on their clients’ behalf is a passion point. “From price to terms, we leave no stone unturned,” says Amy.
The team’s success is also attributed to their multi-faceted marketing campaigns, spearheaded by Cara Dominick. Dominick has a master’s in economics with a focus on research and curates specialized marketing plans for each listing. Also assisting the team is Brandon McGovern. A licensed agent with a knack for finding solutions, McGovern learned the fundamentals of real estate from his grandfather, a seasoned investor.
The dedicated team at Purpose Driven Real Estate Group is committed to serving both their clients and the community, with particular interest in pediatric cancer causes in honor of Amy and Jon’s son, a cancer survivor.
This year, the team launched “Flip it Forward,” a program to help homeowners going through hard times. For qualifying recipients, the team fronts strategic updates on their clients’ behalf to prepare the home for sale. “We have been able to help some people in bad housing situations get top dollar for the sale of their home and move on, literally,” Amy says.
